Rosenhof Country House is situated on the outskirts of Oudtshoorn, and en route to the Cango Caves and local Ostrich Farms. The lovingly restored homestead dates back to the 1850’s, and boats yellowwood beams and ceilings, and the décor is a tasteful collection of antique furniture.

The exquisite rose garden, from which the House gets its name, leads to stylishly, and individually decorated bedrooms. All accommodation is air-conditioned, has satellite TV, mini-bar, and tea/ coffee making facilities.

There is a choice of accommodation, from the two Executive Suites (each with their own pool, lounge and patio), to the 12 charming standard rooms, all of which are en suite. Dining at Rosenhof is an unforgettable experience, with traditional country cuisine (complete with a cordon bleu touch), as well as an extensive wine collection, tempting all palates. You can enjoy breakfast in the sunny breakfast room, overlooking the magnificent gardens.

Rosenhof guests can enjoy the use of a cosy pub, or a number of luxury lounges with fireplaces, and decorated with works by well-known local artists. In summer, you can cool down in the pool or take tea in the manicured gardens. In addition, there is a Wellness Centre offering a fully equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna and a beauty clinic.
