De Waterkant Village

Nestled on the lower slopes of Signal Hill and overlooking Table Bay, exclusive De Waterkant lies in the historical Bo-Kaap area of Cape Town. It was originally built to house settlers and workers in the 1700's. The original Harbour View Cottages were part of Cape Town’s First Guest Street, and this has now grown to become a village of some 80 participating properties. The village has quaint, cobbled streets lined with colourful historic cottages.

The portfolio includes crash pads, luxury houses, apartments and a manor house. All properties are within walking distance to the newly built Cape Quarter shopping centre, the city bowl, and a number of restaurants, bars and fashionable nightspots. You may choose to lounge around at the side walk cafe's sipping cocktails or enjoy a light meal whilst watching this trendy village come alive.
