Rusthof Country House is a classic Cape Dutch structure, and is in the heart of Franschhoek. The Franschhoek Valley boasts spectacular scenery, including the mountains and vineyards, and magnificent Oak trees.

Rusthof Country House is an exclusive Country House, which caters for no more than 16 guests, which ensures one personalised service, in an elegant and gracious atmosphere. All of the rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, have an en suite bathroom with separate bath/ shower. Each room at Rusthof, has its own unique character, and amenities include tea/ coffee making facilities, TV, and hairdryer.

Guests at Rusthof Country House, can enjoy an excellent country breakfast, which includes fresh fruit, homemade muesli, local cheeses and preserves, followed by the components of a traditional English breakfast.

For relaxation at Rusthof Country House there is a private patio, and a swimming pool in the tranquil garden, and in winter, there is a cosy fire place in the lounge.

Rusthof Country House is ideally located, on the main street of the village, for visits to bistros, award winning restaurants, galleries and museums. For the more active, it is a short drive to a signature golf course, and you might also wish to enjoy a wine tour (and tasting!), or hire a bicycle to explore the village. There is also wine tasting on horseback and estates where an excellent picnic can be enjoyed.
